How It Works

Getting a professional presentation from The Slide House is simple. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you place your order to the moment you receive your polished deck.

Step 1 — Choose Your Package

Visit our Presentation Design page and choose the package that fits your needs and budget. Not sure which one to choose? Here is a quick guide:

  • Starter ($49): Internal meetings, class presentations, simple business updates — up to 10 slides.
  • Professional ($149): Client proposals, sales decks, marketing presentations — up to 20 slides.
  • Executive ($299): Board presentations, quarterly reviews, leadership keynotes — up to 30 slides.
  • Pitch Deck Premium ($499): Investor pitch decks, fundraising presentations — up to 20 investor-optimised slides.

Step 2 — Complete Your Brief

After checkout, you will receive a brief form by email. This is where you tell us everything we need to build your presentation. The brief covers:

  • Purpose: What is the goal of this presentation? What do you want the audience to do, think, or feel after seeing it?
  • Audience: Who are you presenting to? What do they care about?
  • Content: What key messages, data, or information should be included?
  • Brand: Your logo, brand colours, and fonts (or a link to your brand guidelines).
  • Existing materials: Any existing slides, documents, or content you want us to use or reference.

The brief takes most clients under 10 minutes to complete. The more detail you provide, the better the result — but do not worry if you do not have everything. We will follow up if we need more information.

Step 3 — We Build Your Presentation

Once we receive your completed brief, our design team gets to work. Here is what happens behind the scenes:

  • Narrative structure: We map out the flow and story of your presentation before touching design. Every great deck starts with a clear narrative.
  • Slide design: We design each slide with your brand, content, and audience in mind. Clean layouts, professional typography, and visual hierarchy that guides the eye.
  • Data visualisation: Charts, graphs, and data are built from your numbers — not stock placeholders.
  • Quality check: Every deck goes through an internal review before delivery to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Step 4 — Receive Your Deck

Within 48 hours of receiving your completed brief, you will receive an email with a secure download link to your finished presentation. The file is delivered as an editable PowerPoint (.pptx) file — ready to present, share, or customise.

Executive and Pitch Deck Premium packages also include a PDF export. Pitch Deck Premium includes Google Slides format.

Step 5 — Request Revisions (If Needed)

If you want any changes, simply reply to the delivery email with your feedback. Each package includes a set number of revision rounds (1 to unlimited depending on your package). We aim to turn around revisions within 24 hours.
