About Our Service
What exactly do you do?
We build custom, professional presentations for you. You provide the content, goals, and branding — we handle the design, layout, and visual storytelling. You receive a polished, editable PowerPoint file ready to present.
Who is this service for?
Our service is for anyone who needs a professional presentation but does not have the time, design skills, or inclination to build it themselves. This includes consultants, founders, sales professionals, executives, business owners, and freelancers.
What software do you use?
We build all presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint. Upon request, we can also deliver in Google Slides or Keynote format. All files are fully editable so you can make changes yourself after delivery.
Ordering and Process
How do I place an order?
Simply choose your package on our Presentation Design page or Order page, complete the checkout, and fill out the brief form. We will get started right away.
What information do I need to provide?
After checkout, you will complete a brief that covers: the purpose of the presentation, your target audience, the key messages you want to communicate, your brand guidelines (colours, fonts, logo), and any existing content or materials you want us to use. The more detail you provide, the better the result.
How long does it take?
Standard delivery is within 48 hours of receiving all your materials. Rush delivery (24 hours) is available for Executive and Pitch Deck Premium packages. Timelines start from when we receive your completed brief and all necessary materials.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Each package includes revision rounds so you can request changes after delivery. We are committed to your satisfaction — if the delivered presentation does not match your brief, we will revise it until it does. See our full Refund and Revision Policy for details.
Confidentiality and Files
Is my content kept confidential?
Yes, absolutely. All client materials are treated as strictly confidential. We do not share, publish, or use your content for any purpose other than completing your project. NDAs are available on request for all packages.
Who owns the final presentation?
You do. Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the final delivered presentation file. You can use it however you like — present it, share it, edit it, or repurpose it.
How do I receive my files?
We deliver your completed presentation via a secure download link sent to your email address. Files are available for download for 30 days after delivery.
Pricing and Payment
What are your prices?

Do you offer custom quotes?
Yes. If your project is larger or more complex than our standard packages, contact us for a custom quote. We work with agencies, enterprises, and clients with ongoing presentation needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal, processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
