Refund and Revision Policy

At The Slide House, we are committed to delivering presentations you are proud to present. This policy explains how revisions and refunds work so you know exactly what to expect before you order.
Revision Policy
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds:
- Starter Deck ($49): 1 revision round
- Professional Deck ($149): 2 revision rounds
- Executive Deck ($299): 3 revision rounds
- Pitch Deck Premium ($499): Unlimited revisions for 30 days
A revision round is defined as one consolidated set of feedback submitted in a single message or document. We ask that you gather all your feedback before submitting to make the most of each revision round.
Revisions must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, the project is considered complete and no further revisions are included.
Additional revision rounds beyond those included in your package can be purchased for $25 per round.
What Counts as a Revision?
Revisions include changes to:
- Text, copy, or messaging on any slide
- Colours, fonts, or design elements
- Layout or structure of individual slides
- Charts, graphs, or data visualisations
- Images or icons
Revisions do not include adding new slides beyond the package limit or a complete redesign from scratch. These would be treated as a new order.
Refund Policy
Before Work Begins
If you request a cancellation before we have started work on your project, you are entitled to a full refund. To cancel, contact us at hello@theslidehouse.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
After Work Has Begun
Once design work has commenced, refunds are not automatically available. However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the delivered work, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue — whether that means additional revisions, a partial refund, or another solution.
After Delivery
Refunds are not available after the final delivered file has been accepted or downloaded. If you have concerns about the quality of the delivered work, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will do everything we can to make it right.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If your delivered presentation does not meet the brief you provided, we will revise it until it does — within the revision rounds included in your package. We want you to be proud of what you receive, and we will not consider a project complete until you are satisfied.

We aim to respond to all revision requests within 4 business hours and deliver revised files within 24 hours of receiving your feedback.
