These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at theslidehouse.com (“Site”) and any presentation design services (“Services”) offered by The Slide House (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
The Slide House provides professional presentation design services on a project basis. Each project is governed by the package selected at checkout. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without notice.
2. Orders and Payment
All orders are placed through our website. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
3. Delivery
Standard delivery is within 48 hours of receiving all required materials from the client. Rush delivery timelines (24 hours or 12 hours) are available for certain packages. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete or late submission of client materials.
4. Revisions
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds as described on the pricing page. A revision is defined as a set of changes submitted in a single feedback session. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be purchased at an additional cost. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
5. Refunds
We offer refunds in accordance with our Refund and Revision Policy. In general, refunds are available before work has commenced. Once design work has begun, refunds are at our discretion. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.
6. Client Materials and Confidentiality
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and lawful content for use in your presentation. You represent that you own or have the right to use all materials you provide. We treat all client materials as strictly confidential and will not share, publish, or use your content for any purpose other than completing your project. NDAs are available upon request for all packages.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the final delivered presentation file. We retain the right to use anonymised or heavily modified versions of work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. All stock images, icons, and design elements used are licensed for commercial use. We do not transfer any rights to our internal design processes, templates, or systems.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our Site or Services to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others; (c) submit false, misleading, or defamatory content; (d) engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Site or Services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Slide House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or Services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
